Ground findings in uploaded material
Reports should preserve which source type was reviewed and avoid inventing room blocks, deadlines, or obligations that were not in the scanned packet.

Trust
Wedding contracts, hotel blocks, vendor quotes, and payment schedules are personal financial documents. Wedding Shield should be clear about what it stores, how AI is used, what it does not do, and how users can ask for help.
Private workspace
Uploads, extracted text, and reports are tied to the signed-in user workspace.
AI boundary
Wedding Shield helps spot issues faster; it is not legal advice or attorney representation.
Deletion
Users can request account or document deletion through support while we formalize self-serve controls.
Report rules
Reports should show the uploaded source, the terms found in it, what context is missing, and which decisions may deserve a planner, vendor, or attorney.

02
Limit
Wedding Shield uses AI to help read documents. It is not a law firm, lawyer, or substitute for professional advice.
03
Control
Users need a clear path for scan questions, billing issues, report corrections, privacy requests, and deletion requests.
Uploaded files, extracted text, report outputs, profile/account data, purchase records, and support requests needed to operate the review workflow.
For launch, users can contact support for document deletion, report correction, or account-data questions. Self-serve deletion should be a post-pilot hardening item.
